What credits cover.
Credits are Lovable’s currency. A plan’s price depends on the credit volume, not on the number of workspace members.
- Building: every request to the agent to create or change your app uses credits, depending on task complexity.
- Cloud hosting: the database, authentication and storage of your published app.
- AI in your app: the AI features you offer to your own users.

Costs to expect.
- Top-ups: $15 per 50 credits on Pro, $30 per 50 on Business.
- Tiers: both paid plans scale up to 10,000 credits a month, i.e. $2,250 a month on Pro and $4,300 on Business.
- Yearly billing: cheaper per month, but committed for a year.
- Iterations: a poorly framed project burns more credits than a prepared one.

Is Lovable free?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and gives 5 build credits per day, capped at 30 a month. Projects are public.
How much does Lovable Pro cost?
$25 per month, or about $21 per month billed yearly, for 100 monthly credits. Top-ups cost $15 per 50 credits.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Business includes everything in Pro and adds SSO, personal projects, opting out of data training, design templates and internal publishing. The included credits are the same, at twice the price.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can buy a top-up ($15 per 50 credits on Pro, $30 on Business) or move to a higher monthly credit tier.
Is yearly billing worth it?
If you use Lovable all year, yes: about $48 saved per year on Pro and $96 on Business. For a one-off project, monthly stays more flexible.
Does Lovable charge per user?
No. According to the official page, a workspace supports unlimited members and pricing depends on credits, not headcount.
Are prices in euros?
Lovable lists its prices in US dollars. The amount charged depends on your payment method and the taxes that apply in your country.
