No. Both plans include 100 monthly credits at the first tier. Business costs $50 instead of $25.
Yes, the plan can be changed in the workspace settings. Starting on Pro and moving to Business once governance becomes necessary is a common path.
If your company requires single sign-on for every tool, yes: that is exactly the kind of requirement that justifies the price gap.
According to the official page, the cost of running apps and AI features is the same on Pro and Business. The price gap covers team features.
